As a newly-formed practice, we are not yet included on lenders’ conveyancing panels though we have, of course, applied for membership. As the processes are completed and we are added to panels, we will list them here: Panel membership
Meanwhile, we are happy to work with firms that are already on lenders’ panels (at no extra cost to you) for them to review our paperwork on behalf of your lender and requisition to loan money for completion. We have arrangements in place with a handful of such firms to ensure the purchase and mortgage work is handled as seamlessly as possible
